Our guests have full access to our kitchen(something that many Airbnb hosts don’t allow), multiple common areas including two large living rooms, and a full-size back yard which one can use to grill food. This is a shared room, not just a shared home. This room can hold up to 8 people. The size of our home is not normal within the city limits of Chicago and is almost unheard of with Airbnb. This shared room has its own private bathroom.

Our neighborhood is one of the safest in the city of Chicago. The area is actually called Pill Hill which is a We are an LGTBQ-friendly home. Homophobic actions or any mistreatment of our LGTBQ friends will not be tolerated in our home and will result in immediately being reported to the hosting platform for cancelation of your reservation without any kind of refund. This holds true for racist behavior as well. This is also not tolerated in our home.

There is easy access to public transportation. One bus takes you directly downtown and the bus stop is only a 4 minute walk. We have on street no permit parking. Our home sits on 4 lots so we have plenty of parking available.
